• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per business entity unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Your business must comply with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

Permitted uses

• Analyze and optimize your legitimate email marketing campaigns
• Generate insights from your own customer data
• Access AI-powered recommendations for your business
• Integrate with supported third-party platforms you are authorized to access

Prohibited uses

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate anti-spam regulations
• Use our platform for phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI systems
• Share credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

• You retain ownership of your customer data and email content
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide our services
• We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share data with us

Our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and comply with GDPR and French data protection law.

• We retain all rights to our platform, AI systems, and proprietary technology
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain our property
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as intended
• You retain ownership of content you upload or create using our services

• Services are provided on a subscription basis with various plan options
• Pricing is available on our website and may be updated with notice
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

• You remain responsible for all marketing decisions and campaign content

• We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Support is provided via email and in-platform messaging

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or API limitations

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law. On termination, access ceases and data is deleted according to our retention policy.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage resolving disputes through direct communication with our support team.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
